Daily Care Plan

Once you sign up, we’ll assign a dedicated care manager for your family. You’ll get a welcome call from our care team (including your care manager, the city manager, and central coordinators) so you know exactly who’s supporting you. After that, we’ll set up a friendly visit with your elderly parents to introduce their care manager and walk them through the plan. If you need home health care, a special team member will step in to arrange everything smoothly.

Home Security Check

Once you subscribe, our team visits your parents’ home to check if everything’s safe and secure. We look at the house and surroundings and then share a simple safety report. We also install an easy-to-use security system and explain how it works so your parents feel protected and at ease. It’s all about safety and peace of mind, for them and for you.

Health Profiling

We start with a full yearly health check-up to understand your loved one’s current health and medical needs. Based on the reports, our geriatric doctor carefully reviews everything and puts together a personalized emergency care plan, just in case it’s ever needed. All their health details are safely stored online, so we can easily connect them to the right doctors, clinics, or pharmacies from our trusted network. If your parent suddenly feels unwell, falls, or has a serious health issue, an emergency concierge ensures help reaches you immediately. If we talk about anvayaa, an emergency concierge doesn’t only mean rushing ambulances, it also means managing the entire crisis—from the first call to hospital admission and even updating you about the patient.

What kinds of insurance do you provide?

We provide motor insurance, travel insurance, global health insurance, accident insurance, marine and workman insurance, fire and engineering, and life insurance. To learn more about insurance you can call our support team.

Which companies partner with anvayaa for employee care benefits?

Though we launched our employee care benefit just last year, the response have been quite exciting for us. To say the least, brands like Accenture, Wipro, Tata 1mg, and Zurich Kotak have already partnered with us.

What daily activities can slow dementia progression?

Simple activities like solving puzzles and listening to music can help dementia patients. And our dementia app makes it even easier by creating a personalized profile for your parents. Based on that, it gives you videos, audio guides, and step-by-step instructions (so your loved one can do the right activities at the right time and slow dementia progression.

Does your corporate elder care benefit cover just my parents, or can I include in-laws and grandparents too?

Yes, it covers your parents, in-laws, and even grandparents.

Can I ask for customization of a care plan based on my specific need?

Yes, you can. Many of our subscribers are already using such customized plans for dialysis, chemotherapy, dementia, etc. Our team will help you customize your specific care plan.

How do we facilitate our services?

We assign a dedicated care manager to every family. Someone who lives close to your loved one and acts like a local guardian. From doctor visits to grocery shopping, banking, and even movie outings—they handle it all. Alongside them, our care coordinator team is always ready to arrange services like home healthcare, bedside caregivers, nursing, doctor visits at home, diagnostics, home repairs, and more (so your loved one’s needs are always covered).

Can I use your care manager services without a care plan?

No. You cannot use our services without signing up for our care plans. However, you can use other services like home healthcare without opting in for a care plan subscription.

What’s your cancellation policy if I’m unsatisfied?

If you cancel your care plan within 0-7 days of signing up, we’ll refund the amount after deducting a standard 15% fee (GST included). After 7 days, a minimum 3-month fee will be deducted, and the rest refunded (including GST) under the 10-month payment plan (not the annual one). If you cancel anytime after 3 months but before completing.

What’s the onboarding process? Will it overwhelm my parents?

Our onboarding process is very simple so elderly are not overwhelmed. It involves introducing the care teams to them, helping them get familiar with our services, then assigning one single number to call for all needs—from daily care to emergency.

Will my parents receive care in their native language, no matter where they live in India?

In a medical emergency, Anvayaa responds within an unprecedented average of only 3 minutes to dispatch help. All thanks to our dedicated on-ground support team and 24/7 care coordinators, we take fast action. From calling an ambulance, informing the hospital, and alerting you and your family - you can count on our team when it matters most.

Do I need to stay with my family for your services?

Not at all. In fact, we're currently caring for parents in India for thousands of NRI’s worldwide.

Is there a trial period?

Yes, our care plan comes with a minimum three months paid trial. While you sign up with us on yearly bases, you can also opt for a 3 months trial and if you find our elder care services helpful, you can extend your plan.
